After two years we’ve finally solved the problem of being able to use Looper 3.1.4 and Follow 3.0.8 with uncropped audio clips… Speeds up the workflow no end!!
This pair of modular devices gives you the ability to split whole clips into sections and use them in Session View…
The Follow device can then trigger a new clip at the current clips end whilst the Looper device gives #Serato style on the fly looping with five user defined loop lengths and a simple dial control as an alternative to setting loops…. The floating window to indicate the loop size to be set can be made to always float on top and can be resized to suit!
Both devices are available as part of our Modular Series…
Existing subscribers can download them now!!
The first Isotonik 9 beta is now available to download for all subscribers…
All existing subscribers should use their original download links and then the “Request Additional Downloads” option…
We’ve updated the range again, New Looper and Roller Devices and an improved Follow…
New Scene Four brings Drum Rack control to the Akai APC40!

In addition you can also control the Record Quantize level…
We’ve just released our final version of Oktopad 2, free to all subscribers, which uses Max4Live and adds MPC like Drum Rack Control
The Follow audio and midi devices give the user the ability to set follow actions per clip which trigger at the end of the currently playing clip rather than being time bound from the clip launch point…
In addition the standard follow actions are supplemented by being able to choose a particular numbered clip to lay next, to trigger the next action at clip stop and even to choose to trigger an entire scene instead…
Slices and rearranges audio on the fly, even allowing each slice to be cut further for glitch style effects…
Throw into the mix reversing and muting slices and you can really transform a static loop on the go…
After completing and releasing version 2.7.5 of Oktopad we’ve gone back to the start and finished the full User Manual, go grab it!
Our latest edition of Smart adds zoom and precise control of the Smart Graphs, set up is simple and you’re no longer restricted to working only with Racks…
Think of it as a Mega-Rack device…

You can set the on and off values along with the corresponding lighting, you can also decide how long it takes to reach each value…

From the early days of building Isotonik and Oktopad the vision was to be able to DJ and add in loops and effects on the fly. Our first Live Sets had four tracks of colour coded clips designed to be brought into the mix when things needed changing up…
After a while we got bored of four bar loops, it was almost as if the guys at Loopmasters could read our minds as they quickly announced the DJ Mixtools series, long evolving clips that complement each other as full tracks in themselves…
