Emynona was born in 1984, in the so called French Brittany. Curious of everything in his young age, he started to dig into the artistic expression since he was a child. Music have been very important all along his life even if he never thought to turn into musician one day.

After studying Electronics at low grade he decided that there were to many things to see outside and went on the road for a while. After recovering a big part of north-emisphere hitch-hiking from techno event to other, setting up glowing decoration and helping in the way he could to provide nice partys. He walked from France through Europe, till the deep Russian Siberia and north africa …

On his way back home, life throw him brutally into the world of Circus and led him to another path for a while. If he was still focused on the perform and the show industry, he completely dedicated himself into the hard learning of how to become a great flying trapeze artist. He would never have ended into music production if a terrible accident didn’t let him with a physical handicap that blow any chance of career …

There came the light into the darkness. With the only will to save his left arm that was almost completely paralyzed and at the age of 26, he grabbed a guitar a friend lend to him and started to make his first exercices.

After studying very hard by himself and with the help of a professional later, he started to understand music and his skill grown very fast as he knew from his circus experience that only hard work pay.

The final release of all frustration came when Emynona finally get a « Novation Circuit » in his hands. A friend of him insisted a lot about the fact he had to have a try. This was the Pandora box he was waiting for. The fall into the world of synthesis was brutal and Emynona found in this little device a way to express the amount of feeling and energies stored along his journey.  Don’t expect something conventional from him … he’s definitely not. His sound reach the edge of the machine and somehow the edge of the mind. His conception of the sound design goes with the french expression :  « le violon dingue » … (mean « the crazy violin » , when an artist switch discipline) … and maybe he also is a little bit … crazy !
