We utilise a plugin as part of the checkout process that checks against each individual countries VAT system to validate VAT numbers.
Where this validation is successful VAT will be deducted at the point of sale.
There are times when the systems are unavailable or for whatever reason the VAT number couldn’t be validated. If this is the case please open a support ticket with your VAT details so that we can refund the amount to you separately.
For support as an existing customer please use the Support Request section within your account page, this will enable us to validate your purchase automatically and assign the request to the relevant developer to respond when they're available.
