Please be aware that our development team are based all around the world in different time zones and this is not their full time job. Please allow for some time to reply, you’re also unlikely to receive a reply at weekends.
If you have a support request then please navigate to your account submission,itting a ticket from the support tab but first checking the prompted knowledge base suggestions that may answer your query.
For support as an existing customer please use the Support Request section within your account page, this will enable us to validate your purchase automatically and assign the request to the relevant developer to respond when they're available.
