SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Our solicitors suggested we posted the above, it really just covers us if someone trys to claim that we released their work.
Simply put, don’t send us in an idea before having a conversation, with over 50 developers actively working on projects we may well have plans for a similar product already, we’re more than happy to share this at the early stages of our correspondence before things go any further.
Working with Isotonik Studios
All of our developers work under a contract of either an exclusive or non-exclusive basis, we don’t release every product that one of our collective members develops, some simply don;’t fit within the offerings on the store. We operate a relaxed approach to release dates, we understand everyone is busy and we’d rather wait until something was perfect than rush a product out and have to send out multiple updates to address issues or missing features.
We have generous commission terms and pay these on a monthly basis, you;’d be joining what we believe to be the largest multi developer collective specialising in products for Ableton Live and the benefits associated with that.
If you’d like to know more please get in touch via the contact us option in the menu on the left and select the Account / Download option before filling in the form, it would help if you could supply links to examples of your previously released work as well.
Product Feedback
Although Isotonik Studios LTD cannot accept your unsolicited submissions, we do welcome your feedback regarding our existing products. If you would like to provide us your feedback, please submit a support ticket from within your account. Please only provide feedback on Isotonik Studios LTD existing products; do not include any ideas that Isotonik Studios LTD’s policy will not permit us to accept or consider.
