Deactivated / Archived Account

Since the changes to GDPR in Europe any account that has been inactive for more than 18 months is automatically set to be archived.

This prevents any un-requested emails being sent automatically from the system

We retain all the details of your purchases however so if you’d like us to reactivate your account please let us know the  username/email you used when purchasing by completing the contact form, it’s also helpful to provide us with any order numbers that should be associated with your account.

We send out a newsletter for each of our new releases, no more than once a week. Subscribers to our mailing list will also recieve notifications of Sales, Updates and Exclusive Supporter Discounts including a voucher for your first order on the store!
