A couple of years back we thought it would be a good idea to migrate our Sendowl based store across to Woocommerce. The benefits of this were huge but it wasn’t an easy process.
Unfortunately the import of previous orders was the most troublesome and so you may see some products repeated numerous times in your account.
Due to resource constraints it is not possible to remove these.
For support as an existing customer please use the Support Request section within your account page, this will enable us to validate your purchase automatically and assign the request to the relevant developer to respond when they're available.
