This should be easy to resolve, simply use the Forgot Password option within the My Account page.
We’ll then send you an email with a reset link.
Remember to add isotonikstudios.com to your safe senders list within your email account otherwise you may have to go searching in your Junk folder.
If for whatever reason you don’t receive the link in your inbox just log into your account and submit a support ticket (only kidding, click “Contact Us” in the left hand menu and complete the form with the email address you used when you purchased choosing the “Account / Download Query” option)
For support as an existing customer please use the Support Request section within your account page, this will enable us to validate your purchase automatically and assign the request to the relevant developer to respond when they're available.
