Due to their nature all Digital Sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Isotonik Studios Ltd will refund your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required in all cases):

For downloaded content:

Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)

You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.

The zip file has not been downloaded. *

Eligibility

A refund is eligible for 60 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).

Please be sure to make informed purchases. Each product is clearly labelled with what it contains and what software it requires, not having MaxforLive installed or meeting the stated minimum system requirements for a product are not valid reasons to request a refund.

We send out a newsletter for each of our new releases, no more than once a week. Subscribers to our mailing list will also recieve notifications of Sales, Updates and Exclusive Supporter Discounts including a voucher for your first order on the store!
