This might be my favorite pack I’ve bought here so far- I always love the ones I pick up from A Force Truely Evil. Always well organized and full of diverse sounds, and the standardized macros are a must-have for me. I’ve regretted selling my old electribe, and as soon as I heard the demos for this one I knew they’d nailed it. It gets as industrial or atmospheric as I like, and I think this will be the pack I make new material on for the foreseeable future. Seriously, thank you for doing all the legwork making these incredible packs and letting artists just *create* instead of spending hours in components to not even get something as pristine. In a way it’s like adding a collaborative element to music making too; there are sounds in these I would not normally gravitate to but having these options on hand is sometimes just the creative spark or touch to drive something forward.
Everything I’ve purchased from A Force Truly Evil is incredible, including this pack. The Electribe EM-1 pack has a huge variety of sounds for all kinds of electronic music, and they all sound amazing. These packs are absolutely essential for my Circuit Tracks. Awesome!

A collection of 128 meticulously cloned patches, which emulate the sonority of the PCM synthesizer samples and acoustic instruments such as pianos, organs, electric basses, etc., included in the Electribe EM-1, and adding improvements such as the incorporation of an LFO and velocity sensitivity on patches.

All macros follow the parameters assigned on Circuit Tracks.
Macro 1: fatness and wideness for a fattened sound with more stereo amplitude.
Macro 2: modulations via LFO, mostly cutoff frequency, osc sync or pitch, and LFO speed in the last part of the macro.
Macro 3: amp envelope release/amp envelope decay.
Macro 4: filter envelope depth (first half for negative modulation, and second half for positive).
Macro 5: filter frequency.
Macro 6: resonance.
Macro 7: portamento.
Macro 8: diode distortion.

A Force Truly Evil is the pseudonym of Antonio Valladolid González, musician, bassist, and synthesizer enthusiast. His interest in electronic music began in the late 1990s with all those wonderful bands and albums that were emerging from nowhere. At that same time, he discovered the rave scene, attending many of them with his friends, and developing a great interest in that kind of electronic sounds.
