I purchased this on launch day. The demo videos on YouTube got my attention and I just had to have this pack. I teach Middle School and we have our own YouTube Channel and News Show we produce each week. We create ambient tracks to play behind some of our news stories so I just love packs like this. I cannot wait to work on some new tracks with my students when school is back in session. This pack is well worth the purchase, diverse sounds that can be so easily manipulated by the macros that you can get far different sounds both before you sequence and while you are playing a sequence. These patches were created with so much thought, you get great movement in your sounds without even using the Macros. It says you get 68 patches, it appears to actually have 69. It also comes with with a full sample pack to fill your drum patterns (if you want them for ambience). The drum and sound samples are really solid, but I haven’t been using them too much with the few ambient tracks I have created so far. If you are interested in creating ambient tunes for fun, or even for your own movies, just purchase this now. There are not too many sound packs devoted to creating ambient tracks, but even if there were, I am sure this one would still be one of the best ones out there.

Lots of great synth sounds here, and enough variety to not only serve its main purpose of being a toolbox for Ambient Electronica, but also inspire exploration of other genres and themes as well.
As always AFTE, delivers quality crafted synth presets and tasteful percussion samples. Crank up the reverb and delay and create some dreamy soundscapes!

A Force Truly Evil is the pseudonym of Antonio Valladolid González, musician, bassist, and synthesizer enthusiast. His interest in electronic music began in the late 1990s with all those wonderful bands and albums that were emerging from nowhere. At that same time, he discovered the rave scene, attending many of them with his friends, and developing a great interest in that kind of electronic sounds.
