My electronic music journey started few years ago with modular synths so I’m pretty noob what comes to samplers and sampling. Circuit rhythm is my first sampler and I got it a week ago. I bought the pack as a learning tool after seeing techtronix youtube videos. I was convinced of his craftmanship and thought that maybe this pack has some insights for me. I was expecting a good quality and well organised pack to dive deeper into circuit rhythm and to get an idea how more experienced users might use the device. After one session I feel happy about my purchase. There is a good variety of classic percussions, everything is neatly organised and the waveforms are great for further sculpting and playing in the note view. This was a good pack for my purposes, thank you!

64 drum and percussion sounds that cover the territory you’d expect, deep kicks and techy snare drums, classic analog drum machine sounds, 909 and 808 clones, plus a selection of electronic and acoustic percussion.
A selection of 32 synth waveforms to turn Circuit Rhythm into a synthesiser. With shaping tools like filters, envelope slope and distortion we can obtain multiple variations of each wave. Raw sonic material like basic sawtooth, sine waves and pulses, sub basses, hard-edged digital sounds, along with more complex waveforms like atmospheres, pads, textures and synth chords.

8 Loop samples: Four drum loops and four synth loops. All can be adjusted for pitch and tempo using the slice function. Loops can be sliced and diced to use individual notes or isolated drum hits, or to have multiple instruments in a single track.

A Force Truly Evil is the pseudonym of Antonio Valladolid González, musician, bassist, and synthesizer enthusiast. His interest in electronic music began in the late 1990s with all those wonderful bands and albums that were emerging from nowhere. At that same time, he discovered the rave scene, attending many of them with his friends, and developing a great interest in that kind of electronic sounds.
