The License Agreement below is applicable to all forms of content available from Isotonik Studios.

License agreement:

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user (USER), and Isotonik Studios LTD.

The enclosed software program (the SOFTWARE) is licensed by Isotonik Studios LTD for use only on the terms set forth herein. Please read this license agreement. Installing the program indicates that you accept these terms.

Grant of License:

Isotonik Studios LTD grants to you the right to use the enclosed SOFTWARE on your computers.

Copyright:

The SOFTWARE is owned by Isotonik Studios LTD and is protected by UK copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You are not allowed to distribute or modify the SOFTWARE without written permission.

Privacy:

Isotonik Studios LTD assures to process only data which is technically necessary or which is intellectual belonging of Isotonik Studios LTD. This software will only read, write or modify files which are property of Isotonik Studios LTD or which are technically necessary to grant a proper operation of the software.
Isotonik Studios LTD will not send, submit, distribute or sell any personal data from the user.

3rd party products:

The user is not allowed to publish or sell commercial 3rd party products which are based on this product without written permission from Isotonik Studios LTD.

Transferring:

You are not permitted to transfer the license or products purchased from Isotonik Studios LTD to a third party.

Acceptance of this license agreement:

By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to the terms of this LICENSE.

Disclaimer of warranty and liability:

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Isotonik Studios LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Isotonik Studios LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Isotonik Studios LTD CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF YOUR HARDWARE, MUSIC EQUIPMENT, DATA, SOFTWARE OR HEALTH. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Support & Product Availability

Each purchase qualifies for twelve months support as standard, extended support is at the discretion of Isotonik Studios Ltd.

Downloads will be possible for as long as the files are available on our server. On the rare occasion that a product is to be archived we will write to you via email giving a minimum of one months notice to enable you to download and retain a copy for future use.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our software. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. The following policy outlines the circumstances under which Isotonik Studios will provide a refund, and the process for requesting a refund.

Isotonik Studios Ltd will refund or credit your account with your full purchase price providing one (or more) of these conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required in all cases):

For downloaded content:

  • Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud)
  • The zip file has not been downloaded. *

All refunds are at the discretion of Isotonik Studios

Digital Sales

Due to their nature all Digital Sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for a Refund:

  1. Software Not As Described: If the software does not function as described on our website or in our marketing materials, you may request a refund.
  2. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent the software from functioning properly, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
  3. Recent Purchases: Refund requests for software purchased within 30 days will be considered. Refund requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  2. Incompatibility Issues: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility of their system before purchasing the software. Refunds will not be provided for incompatibility issues.
  3. Unauthorized Use: If the software is used in a manner not consistent with our licensing agreement or if it is pirated, refunds will not be issued.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: To request a refund, contact our customer service team via the support tab within the My Account page with your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request, which may include asking for additional information or screenshots.
  3. Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1-7 business days to your original payment method.
