ADM SYNTHS by Brian Funk

ANOTHER BANGING COLLECTION

ADM SYNTHS is an Ableton Live pack that includes the collected assortment of Rhythmic, Lead, and Experimental Synth instruments crafted by Brian Funk as AfroDJMac. All pretense of retro nostalgia is thrown out the window with this melange, focusing instead on sounds that are so modern they cut into the bleeding edge.

The EDM of ADM.
This collection is the one to grab if your primary interest is in pulsing the dancefloor with bangers that result in masses of sweaty, undulating, human bodies. Arp-loaded rhythmic synth instruments weave their sonic tapestry with complex, rippling, rhythmic patterns, freeing you to focus on the chord changes and effect sweeps. Ripping lead synths tear a hole through the fabric of the multiverse, singeing the earlobes of all nearby denizens. Brutal, pounding stabs of searing energy palpitate frenetically as every hair stands on end.

The IDM of ADM?
…Or, this collection is the one to grab if your primary interest is to make the most amazing technical prog acid glitch house anyone has never heard and headbang to it yourself in your basement. That’s cool too. Experimental synths create sounds that defy categorization. They are not sfx, per se, but they are also not overly melodic. These racks can be unpredictable; pitch-wise, rhythm-wise, basically anything-wise. In this case, it’s wise to put on your mad scientist hat.

SYNTHS is focused on lead, rhythmic and textural—but not bass—instruments. It pairs particularly nastily with the ADM BASS pack, which will provide the perfect thudding low end complement to the high end sizzle provided by this offering.

ADM SYNTHS contains sounds and instruments carefully and lovingly crafted by Brian Funk, an experienced Ableton Certified Trainer and curious sound designer. Each instrument was built to satisfy his own personal needs and desires in musical instrument design. ADM SYNTHS was curated and organized by Animus Invidious of PerforModule for Isotonik Studios.
