I often find myself knowing what I want to load into my project but I can’t remember it’s name, and I end up loading plugin after plugin until I recognise the one I’d been searching for visually…

So thats why I created the VisualBrowser

Visual Browser is a MaxForLive device that makes it easy to find and load Devices, plugins, Track presets, or basically anything that is accessible from Ableton Live’s browser.

No more searching through countless plugins to find the one you want.

1, Download the provided zip file

2, Extract the contents

3, Open your copy of Ableton Live

4, Double click on the provide .alp file to install

5, Ignore the warning that this pack was made for an earlier version of Live – click accept

6, Read the manual 🙂

  • added ability to decide if VB will close Live’s browser after the plugin load or not.
  • added ability to change the Text size for the cards, and the category names.
  • added ability to decide where VB should load the selected plugin/device ( after the end of the tracks chain, before the selected device, after the selected device )
