Frequently Asked Questions
You get 128 patches in total, covering pads and textures, leads, arpeggios, basses, dub chords, kicks and percussion. The pack also includes 18 patterns across 20 kits so you can hear the sounds in context straight away.
The pack is designed with Ambient, IDM, Dub Techno and Melodic Techno in mind. The heavy focus on cinematic pads, dub chord stabs and deep bass tones makes it equally useful for Electronica and any music that calls for atmospheric or moody textures.
The pack is transferred to your Digitone using Elektron’s free Transfer application alongside the Elektron Overbridge driver. Simply load the sysex file via Transfer and the patches and patterns will appear on your device.
Loading a sysex bank will overwrite the sounds in the destination bank slots, so it is worth backing up your existing patches using Elektron Transfer before importing Nemesis. The patterns are loaded separately, giving you control over what gets replaced.
Limbic Bits is an experienced sound designer with a strong focus on electronic and modular-influenced music. Nemesis is the second collaboration between Limbic Bits and Isotonik Studios, following an established working relationship in crafting high-quality Elektron content.
Absolutely. The pack includes a dedicated selection of genre-typical chord stabs, dubby pads and bass tones that sit naturally in Dub Techno productions. There is enough variety across the 128 patches to cover both the atmospheric and rhythmic elements of the genre.
