Follow Clip & Scene XL – Audio Gaps between Scenes or Clips

As a MaxforLive device, Follow Scene XL runs on a low priority thread. To counter that we trigger the next scene (when the Trigger Action is set to Clip End) slightly before the end of the currently playing clip.

In particularly large sets or those where you have a number of MIDI instruments & or controller attached it may be necessary to call the fire action fo the next scene slightly earlier so that it doesn’t get delayed.

You can do this by simply increasing the trigger time on the device itself, as this will trigger the next scene slightly earlier you may need to increase your Launch Quantization to prevent the scene being triggered too early.
